Marianne Sullivan<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Marianne Sullivan is an accomplished executive leader and board director with over 30 years of experience in the financial services and fintech sectors. Known for her ability to define transformative strategies and reengineer business operations, she has a strong track record in driving profitability and scalable growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marianne has worked with both startups and publicly traded companies, helping them align their business models with emerging technologies and customer needs, especially in areas like open banking and digital lending. She is recognized for her operational leadership and deep understanding of customer expectations and regulatory demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her board experience includes roles at Pennymac Mortgage Investment Trust, Finicity (acquired by Mastercard), Ardley Technologies, CreditXpert, and Sagent Technologies, where she has contributed to governance, strategic planning, and innovation-led growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richard Cordray<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Richard Cordray is a notable figure in consumer protection, having served as the first Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) for six years after being appointed by President Barack Obama. During his tenure, he returned over $12 billion to 30 million Americans and addressed 1.3 million consumer complaints. He is the author of “Watchdog,” published in March 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Biden administration, Cordray was the Chief Operating Officer of Federal Student Aid, overseeing $160 billion in student loan forgiveness for 5 million families. Previously, as Ohio’s Attorney General, he recovered over $2 billion for retirees and investors. His career also includes roles as Ohio Treasurer, state legislator, and Solicitor General, and he has argued seven cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
