We are delighted to welcome Jane Prokop to Invela\u2019s Board of Directors as an Independent Director. With more than 30 years of P&L and executive leadership experience, Jane has shaped strategy and delivered exceptional growth at both high\u2011velocity technology companies and global Fortune\u2011500 institutions. Her career spans multinational operations, product development, capital markets, and large\u2011scale technology transformation – a combination that aligns powerfully with Invela\u2019s mission to create a new category; open finance risk management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jane is widely recognised as a multi\u2011billion\u2011dollar business builder and a leader who thrives at the intersection of innovation and execution. She has championed AI\u2011 and data\u2011driven initiatives that elevate customer acquisition, strengthen risk evaluation across credit, operational, reputational, cyber and regulatory domains, and enhance the end\u2011user experience. Her collaborative leadership style and commitment to delivering outstanding customer outcomes make her a natural fit for Invela\u2019s values and ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her board experience includes serving on the Risk and Technology Committees at Freddie Mac, where she contributed to oversight of critical infrastructure and emerging technology. She also advises several early\u2011 and growth\u2011stage companies advancing AI\u2011centric solutions in lending, payments, and marketing – experience that will further enrich Invela\u2019s strategic perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
