She has championed AI‑ and data‑driven initiatives that elevate customer acquisition, strengthen risk evaluation across credit, operational, reputational, cyber and regulatory domains, and enhance the end‑user experience. Her board experience includes serving on the Risk and Technology Committees at Freddie Mac, where she contributed to oversight of critical infrastructure and emerging technology.
